Scottsdale Before The Veil bachelorette invitation in rust and cream checkerboard with a cowboy boot holding a bouquet of wildflowers, shown beside a matching weekend itinerary card

Scottsdale Before The Veil Bachelorette Invitation, Western Cowboy Boot Bach Party Itinerary, Editable Canva Template

US$ 8.47

US$ 11.30

A rust and cream checkerboard background sets off a hand-drawn cowboy boot overflowing with wildflowers, with Before The Veil lettered beneath in the same brick red. The invitation pairs with a matching itinerary card laid out hour by hour, from Friday arrival through Sunday brunch and shopping. Built for a Scottsdale bachelorette, though the western motif suits any desert rodeo weekend, and the checkerboard reads bolder than the shop's desert flower version with its softer florals. Dates, RSVP details, and every itinerary line are editable in Canva, down to the color of the checkerboard itself.

Questions about this template

Can I edit this template myself?

Yes. It opens as a Canva template in your browser, so you change the text, colors, and layout without extra software. You get the Canva link through your Etsy order, and edits are saved to your own copy — the original stays intact if you want to start over.

What sizes does the invitation print at?

The invitation is set up for 5x7, the standard US invitation size, and the itinerary card matches it. Canva exports a print-ready PDF for a home printer or a print shop, and a PNG or JPG if you are sending it to the group chat instead.

Can I send it digitally instead of printing?

Yes, and most people do. Export as a PNG or JPG from Canva and send it by text, email, or WhatsApp. The layouts are tested at phone size, so the date and address stay readable without anyone pinching to zoom.

Can I change the wording if my weekend looks different?

All of it is editable, including the headline. Swap the city, retitle the event for a hen party or a girls trip, and add or delete itinerary rows. Nothing is locked, so a three-day plan and a single night both fit.

How soon do I get the files?

Straight after checkout. This is a digital product, so Etsy shows the download and the Canva link on your receipt page and emails them to you as well. There is nothing to ship and no wait, which is the point when the party is in three weeks.

Where do I actually buy it?

On Etsy. This page is for browsing and comparing designs; the live price, payment, instant download, and Mabibu Studio shop policies all live on the Etsy listing linked above. Etsy also handles your receipt and re-downloads if you lose the file.

Is the artwork original?

Yes. Every illustration is drawn and hand-etched in the studio rather than pulled from a stock library or generated. That is why designs here do not turn up on ten other shops, and it is worth checking before you buy anywhere else.
